In deriving the revenue pool, a 4% FF&E (i.e. furniture, fixtures and equipment) provision shall be set aside by Puravarna to cover maintenance, replacement and repair of normal wear and tear in the Residences & Suites. The 4% FF&E provision shall be calculated against the gross Room revenue.
