The investment scheme provides owners with a 70% share of the Net Operating Profit of the Hotel in a fiscal year. The percentage of revenue share enjoyed by each Puravarna Residence owner depends on the investment made by the owner for the Puravarna Residence and is based on the area of their residence as a pro rata of the total area of all the Puravarna Residences and the time the Residence is made available to rent by the Hotel. Share of revenue pool is credited quarterly in arrears to each owner.
