Payments shall be made according to the Residence Selected.
1. Beach Front Residences at The Summer Palace are payable in full within 30 days from the date of execution of the Lease Agreement
2. Pool Villa Residences at The Summer Palace under construction are payable over a period of 12 months following the execution date of Agreement. The residence Owner shall make quarterly progress payments at 15% of the Pool Villa Residence selling price. Total of four quarterly progress payments represents 60% of the Pool Villa Residence selling price.
3. Upon payment in full the Owner/Developer shall transfer the Leasehold rights to the Puravarna Residence Owner.
4. The buyer shall be entitled to make full payment or complete any outstanding payment at any time prior to the hand over of the Residence.
5. Where a buyer purchases a Pool Villa Residence at an advanced stage of construction, the buyer shall pay within 30 days from the date of execution of the Lease Agreement such quarterly progress payments as are due.
