1. Before or upon the expiry of 14 days from the date of Reservation of Interest Form, the investor shall be provided with the Agreement. The Agreement must be executed by the investor within 14 days.
2. Upon execution of Agreement, the investor shall make a second payment equivalent to 20% of the Residence selling price.
